PRIVACY POLICY

Information we collect

In order to place an order or create an account on our website you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. We will not pass these details on to any company other than the payment providers, Braintree and PayPal, and our distributors BookSource and Ingram, who will deliver your order. Your information will be used for the following purposes only:

  • To fulfil delivery of your order and subsequent orders if applicable.
  • To complete payment for your order and subsequent orders if applicable.

Email newsletter

We also maintain an email newsletter. Subscription to this is optional and separate from having a customer account on our site. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the links in each email. In doing so, we will remove your email address from our newsletter database, but not from our main account holder database. When subscribing to the newsletter your email address is transferred to Mailchimp, whose privacy policy can be viewed here.

Transaction information

All transaction information relating to payment for your order will be processed securely by Braintree or PayPal. PayPal’s User Agreement is here, and their Privacy Policy can be viewed here. Braintree’s Privacy Policy is here.
