Breaking through into Buddhahood (10 x Sikkha booklets)
Booklets are sold in bundles of ten for use in conjunction with a five-week course developed by the Sikkha Project.
The main metaphor the Buddha used to describe his teaching was of a path leading to Enlightenment. However, the spiritual life is not always a smooth and gradual progression, and sometimes we encounter obstacles on the path that prevent us from making further progress. Sometimes a slow and gentle progression is not possible and we may have to break, or even smash, through the obstacles standing in our way!
In this booklet Sangharakshita explores the dynamics of how, when, and where can we break through into Buddhahood. As well as the original lecture on the subject, the booklet includes seminar extracts where Sangharakshita further explores this theme.
