We are really excited to be publishing Valerie Mason-John and Dr Paramabandhu Groves’ Eight Step Recovery: Using the Buddha’s Teachings to Overcome Addiction in January next year. You may already know that we are currently running fundraising campaigns to raise money for the production and marketing of the book, particularly the book launch tours in the UK and US early next year. Publishing is changing, and with lower profits from online sales and increased competition from digital formats, we increasingly need start-up funding if we are to bring a new book into the world.

Our fundraising campaigns are off to a good start: our Indiegogo campaign in the US is almost two thirds of the way to the target, and the UK-based campaign on the Windhorse Publications website is just getting going. But more help is needed if we are to reach our targets.

Please do think about making a donation now – it will really make a difference. As will be clear from the endorsements on the above fundraising pages, this book will make a substantial contribution to resources for addiction recovery.

Valerie: “These teachings saved my life, and I believe that they will help to save other people’s lives too. So please do help with our campaign. Be part of this new movement of Buddhism and recovery, get on board and help us put the message out there.”

If you are not a UK tax payer, go to our Indiegogo page to make your donation.
